Delicous Chicken with Spinach and Homemade Sauce

For our #food #Thursday date, we are making some chicken fillet. These have to be the best you have ever tasted, for me they are. Special feature: Shazjoe. Allow me not to story tell, but get right to it, will you? Thanks!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Mixed pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chicken fillet
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic sauce
  • 3 pellets of garlic
  • Mayonnaise
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Coriander (ground)

Method

How to prepare garlic sauce – In a bowl mix the Mayonnaise and yoghurt. Add lemon, pressed garlic, sugar, black pepper, and coriander and mix well. Keep the mixture in the fridge for about an hour before serving.

Marinate the chicken fillet in lemon and let it absorb for 30 min or as desired. The longer it stays the tastier it becomes.

Splash some coriander on the potato wedges and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Pan fry spinach for four minutes and set aside.

Sprinkle black pepper and coriander on the chicken fillet and pan fry  for five minutes, turn them around to cook the other side.
