Rice Veggie mix

If you liked yesterday’s recipe, then you will love this one as well. I’ve often said that making good stuff is just about mixing up great ingredients. And so this is one of those mixup meals.¬†Mixed meals are my favorites because I get to prepare a simple delicious meal at one go. I won’t have to worry about the time and energy in need for a complex meal.

The rice and veggie mix is achieved by mixing the rice and gravy from my previous post, if you missed it find it here. For this recipe I added some potatoes and peas.

In this case, once the gravy is ready, add the rice ingredients to the gravy and add the rice then cook until the rice is ready. The outcome is mouthwatering.

I usually put the rice in before the water so that they mix a bit.
